Preheat oven to 375° and prepare two sheet pans (with optional silicone baking mat or parchment paper).
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix by hand until fully combined.
3 lbs ground turkey, 3 eggs, 1 ½ cups gluten-free breadcrumbs or finely ground, gluten-free crackers , 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoon olive oil, ½ cup fresh chopped basil (or 3 tablespoon dried basil), ½ cup fresh chopped parsley (or 3 tablespoon dried parsley), 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Form meatballs by hand (~2-inch diameter) and place on baking sheets.
Bake at 375° for approximately 35 minutes.
After 20 minutes, use tongs to turn the meatballs over. Continue baking until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165° (meat inside should no longer be pink).
