Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Place half of the white chocolate chips and half the tub of green frosting in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Melt in additional 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval.*
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, repeat with the remaining half of the white chocolate chips and half the tub of pink frosting. (If the green mixture hardens a bit while you make the pink mixture, heat it for 5 seconds and stir until smooth.)
Work quickly to randomly drop large spoonfuls of each color into the parchment-lined baking dish. Gently swirl a knife through the fudge to create a swirl pattern (don't over-swirl or colors will bleed).
Chill in the refrigerator for one hour until the fudge is set.
Use parchment paper to gently lift the fudge from the dish. Slice it into 36 pieces. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Notes
*Important! Be patient when melting the fudge. It will irrecoverably clump if heated too much. Heat in short increments and stir each time. When there are just small bits of unmelted chocolate, stir to melt them into the warm mixture. This recipe lends itself to doubling. Use 24-oz of Nestle White Morsels and a full tub each of Vibrant Green and Hot Pink Funfetti Frosting. Melt ingredients as directed and scoop into a 9x13" baking dish.
